RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return should we believe there are any signs of wear and will return the items to you at your expense.

Exceptions: Sale items, hijab/hair accessories, as well as hijabs opened from their original packaging are considered final sale and non-refundable.

All items purchased with a discount code during a promotion can only be refunded as a store credit.

Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable and return shipping and duty costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that Zaria Boutique is not responsible for lost returns.
